Processing time:
Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday) after the order is placed.
Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT-7) will be processed on the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping time & delivery estimates:
This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
Standard Delivery time: 7-12 Business days (Monday-Friday).
Shipping rates:
We only ship to the United States and we offer customs duties on all orders to the United States. To ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we work with well-known international logistics companies UPS. If your item does not arrive, for example if it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
My Prom Time is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
