Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at info@mypromtime.com within the return window.

Product Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in new or slightly used condition.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Items with obvious signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may only qualify for a partial refund or may be rejected.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

Return Label

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide a prepaid return label at this time.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees apply to returned products.

Return Fees

  • You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    If the return shipping fee is caused by product defects, My Prom Time will bear the return shipping fee.

  • If a refund is processed, the original shipping fee (if applicable) will not be refunded, and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days, and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
  • Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
